Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To surely separate continuous paper cylinder collected pot seedlings into individual paper cylinder seedlings by intermittently sending the continuous paper cylinder collected pot seedlings at given pitches and peeling into a row state. CONSTITUTION:A seedling placing stand 18 of a device for the seedling placing stand is made by hanging a belt 105 on a driving roller 103 and a driven roller 104 so as to circularly travel the belt. The driving roller 103 is equipped with a one-way clutch 108 having an arm 108A to transmit rotation only in the sending direction of seedlings and, in the middle of a feed path of seedlings to a planting part 16, is provided with a shutter device 64 which is opened and closed at a grand speed and receives and releases paper cylinder seedlings. A driving member 78 of the shutter device 64 and the arm 108A of the one-way clutch 108 are provided with an interlocking link 109 whose ends are pivoted 109A and 109B and which intermittently sends the belt 105.
