Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To detect the state of an output power control part, and when supply voltage is not fed to a drive circuit from this output power control part to make a main switch input judging part so as not to do its on-judgment of a main switch. CONSTITUTION:If an output power control part 5a inputs an output power supply release enabling signal from a main switch input judging part 5b, it operates a relay and closes a relay self-holding side contact R, thereby feeding a drive circuit 5d with battery power. In addition, when this battery power is fed to the drive circuit 5d from the output power control part 5a, an on-signal of a monitor signal is outputted to the main switch input judging part 5b through a power monitor line 5e. When the main switch input judging part 5b inputs the on-signal of the monitor signal, it outputs this on-signal to the control part 5c which lights a power indicator 4 if it inputs the on-signal from the main switch input judging part 5b.
