CONSTITUTION:A polyester resin layer 4 in which an uneven part is shaped is laminated on a base material 1 through a sheet 2 and a primer layer 3, a base mirror surface layer 5 of epoxy resin is laminated on the layer 4, and a mirror surface decorative plate in which a finished mirror surface layer 6 of polyester resin containing a UV ray absorbent is further laminated thereon is obtained.
