FREQUENCY DIVERSITY RADIO COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To make the configuration of the entire equipment small and to reduce the equipment by simplifying the configuration of a 1st filter of a transmission system and simplifying the configuration itself of a reception system. CONSTITUTION:The equipment is provided with a transmission system 10 in which a same base band signal is sent with frequencies f1, f2 and a reception system 20 in which a reception signal and a local oscillation signal are mixed to generate an intermediate frequency signal and it is detected to demodulate a base band signal. Signals fed to a filter 18 of the transmission system 10 are (f2-f1), 2(f2-f1), 2(f1-f2), f1 f2 in this order. The 1st filter 18 has only to extract signals of the frequencies f1, f2 and the structure of the 1st filter 18 is simplified. Moreover, a 2nd filter 23 or a 3rd filter 24 is selected by selecting a base band signal based on a high frequency f1 or a base band signal based on a high frequency f2 received by the reception system 20.
