Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To simplify the handling of an IC card and also to prevent the dust, etc., from sticking to the signal terminal part of the IC card side. CONSTITUTION:A protection case 3 can freely slide on an IC card main body 1 between a storing position where a signal terminal part 2 of the card side is covered and an exposing position where the part 2 is exposed. An IC card A is energized toward the storing position, and a stopper 25 prevents the insertion of only the case 3 during the insertion of the card A. Meanwhile an IC card connector B includes a signal terminal part 24 of the connector side which is connected to the part 2 at the position where the insertion of the card A is complete in addition to the stopper 25.
