PULVERULENT MATERIAL TANK

PURPOSE:To discharge pulverulent materials without choking at the sides of a tank, by providing a discharge opening at the lower part of the tank and setting the bottom face of the tank and the whole crossing lines of the bottom face with the side faces on slanting planes or curved face slanting down toward the discharge opening. CONSTITUTION:A discharge opening 4 directing to the outside is equipped at the lower part of the side face 2 of a container 1. The bottom face 3 of the container and the whole crossing lines of the bottom face 3 with the side faces 2 are designed so that these are on an inclined plane or curved face going down to the discharge opening 4. In this structure, the stored pulverulent material flows down toward the discharge opening 4 along the inclination of the bottom face 3 by its own gravity. The pulverulent materials are discharged without bridging, since the load right before the discharge opening 4 is different, depending on the direction. The inclination theta of the bottom face 3 ranges should preferably be 10-45 deg. in this case.
