Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To provide laser distance measuring equipment in which the possibility of having error in distance measurement because of noise during Q-switch operation is eliminated, a reception optical system and a photodiode are not displaced relative to each other, and the optical axis of a transmission optical system can easily be adjusted to that of the reception optical system. CONSTITUTION:A laser pulse generated from a laser generator 1 is partially reflected by a partial reflector 3 toward an optical fiber 22, and the reflected laser pulse is further partially made to impinge on one end of the optical fiber 22 and guided to the other end. The laser pulse emitted from the other end is detected by a first photodiode 5. The first photodiode 5 is mounted on the same substrate as a signal processing circuit 9 and a start signal generated at the reception of the laser pulse is transmitted to the signal processing circuit 9 through short wiring patterned on the substrate. |
