CONSTITUTION:A rectangular multitubular type boiler system comprises a plurality of rectangular boiler units 1 aligned in a longitudinal array of water tube groups 2A, 2B, 2C, 2E substantially perpendicular between upper and lower headers 5 and 6 from a front surface side to a back surface side, a main burner 3 mounted on the front surface of the unit 1, a partition plate 7 disposed on the front surface side between the water tube arrays of the adjacent units 1, 1, and a pilot burner 30 facing the plate 7.
