Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a printed wiring board with an electromagnetic wave shield with which the required electromagnetic shield effect can be obtained on the first conductive pattern. CONSTITUTION:An insulating layer 3a is formed on the first conductive pattern formed on an insulator board 1, and an insulating layer 3b is formed on the part excluding the upper surface of the conductive pattern 2. Besides, an electoromagnetic wave shield conductive pattern 4 is formed on the conductive pattern 2. As a result, the electromagnetic wave shield conductive pattern 4, having the desired electromagnetic wave shield effect, can be formed on the first conductive pattern.
