Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent a jet fan from useless operation caused by fog generation, stains on a Vl gauge lens and dirt accumulation in a tunnel ventilating equip ment by the jet fan. CONSTITUTION:Dew generation is detected by means of a hygrometer or a dew point gauge, a thermometer and a visibility gauge, stains on a VI gauge lens are detected by an automatic calibration step of the VI gauge, and when there is no dew generation or no stain on the VI gauge lens, dirt accumulation in a tunnel is detected by confirming that there is no CO value-rise in the case of depreciation in VI value. In those three cases, they are switched from VI feedback control to CO feedback control or program control. According to the constitution, useless operation of a jet fan is prevented so that power cost is reduced.
