Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To ensure the corrosionproof effect of the core material of a stranded wire by coating the core material with uncured adhesives and wrapping the coated core material with a long-sized seamless corrugated sheath. CONSTITUTION:A core material 1 composed of a PC steel stranded wire is coated with uncured adhesives 2 consisting of potential cold-setting adhesives in thickness of at least approximately 20mum. A seamless plastic sheath 4 is extruded and shrunk around the coated core material 1 under a melted state, and deformed in a corrugated shape, and quenched, thus forming a tendon 200. The tendon 200 is arranged at a specified position in forms, and concrete 3 is placed and the core material 1 is stretched after the strength of concrete reaches strength, where the core material 1 can be stretched. Accordingly, the core material can be stretched uniformly extending over overall length.
