Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-bondable film having high bonding strength to a metallic surface, scarcely changes in its thickness when used in bonding by melting under applied heat and pressure, is excellent in dimensional accuracy after bonding and is useful especially for e.g. sealing a metallic electrode of a thin battery. CONSTITUTION:The film is one prepared by laminating a 5-500mum-thick film of a modified polyolefin prepared by grafting an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride onto a polyolefin on each surface of a polyolefin film of a thickness of 5mum or above. The title production process comprises laminating the polyolefin on the modified polyolefin in a molten state.
