Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To produce a laminate with a small manhour and a high yield of a material by a method wherein a core material is molded in a pair of molds, a cavity is formed between the core material and a lower mold by a relative movement of the upper mold with the core material therein, and a foaming material is injected into the cavity for forming a skin layer cooled and set on the mold surface and a foamed layer between the skin layer and the core material. CONSTITUTION:A second cavity 25 is formed by an upper mold 15 and a second lower mold 6. A thermoplastic resin is supplied to the cavity to be molded into a core material 26. After that, the upper mold 15 with the core material 26 therein is raised, thereafter being lowered toward a first lower mold 5 to form a first cavity 28 by the core material 26 and the first lower mold 5. A foaming material 30 is charged into the cavity 28 by injection. Next, the upper mold 15 is raised by a stroke (t) for increasing the volume of the first cavity 28. Then, the foaming material 30 is lowered in pressure to be internally foamed to be molded into a foamed layer 32. A part of the foaming material 30 in contact with the first lower mold 5 is cooled and set in unfoamed states to be molded into a hard skin layer 33. |
