Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce a high strength fiber reinforced cement columnar formed article with fine appearance without requiring much labor. CONSTITUTION:The form concerned consists of a form main body 4, which surrounds almost all the periphery of the forming space 3 for columnar formed article and a charging port 5, through which fiber reinforced cement fluid 1 is runnable to the forming space 3 and which is provided along the longitudinal direction of the form main body 4. Further, the form main body 4 is made freely horizontalize and openable radially. Furthermore, flexible resin inner surface layer 6 is provided on the inner periphery of the form main body 4.
