CONSTITUTION:A pipe 4 is disposed in a state that its axial center is disposed in a columnar molded form forming space 3 in a form 2, fixed to the form 2, fiber-reinforced cement fluid 1 is cast in the space 3 while applying vibration to the form 2, and the form 2 is removed after the fluid 1 is cured.
