CONSTITUTION:The recessed part of the tube is recovered to the origin by providing a block frame 16 on a standing guide spindle 12 freely movable up and down, moving the block frame 16 up and down with a hydraulic cylinder 17, together moving to open and close a pair of straightening jigs 20, 21 provided on the block frame 16 with hydraulic cylinders 18, 19, and pressurizing the tube from both sides with both straightening jigs 20, 21.
