PAPER PIECE CRUSHING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To crush paper pieces in a reutilizable state in a short period of time so that confidentiality can be maintained and the waste paper pieces can be recycled and to surely discharge the fine grained paper pieces while sufficient ly loosening the paper pieces. CONSTITUTION:This paper piece crushing device 1 has a casing 2 and a pair of revolving shafts 3 revolving at the revolving speeds different from each other in the direction of rolling in the paper pieces 4. A shower pipe for supplying a proper volume of water to the paper pieces 4 is provided and a discharge gate 10 which can be adjusted in opening area is provided. The peripheral surfaces of the revolving shafts 3 are projectingly provided with cutters 11 for tearing paper pieces and cutters 12 for crushing paper pieces. The flanks 12b in the rotating direction of the cutters 12 for crushing paper pieces incline to the discharge gate 10 side. Recessed parts 2b having slight spacings from the front ends 12a of the cutters 12 for crushing paper pieces are formed on the inside surfaces 2a of the casing 2 and projecting parts 2c are formed on both sides thereof.
