Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a differential amplifier whose driving current is small, which has a level shift function and which improves linear precision. CONSTITUTION:First and second amplification parts with the same constitution are provided, and a differential connection means (R1) connects the first and second amplification parts. The respective first and second amplification parts include a load I1 (or I2), a current source I3 (or I5), voltage shift means R2 and C2 (or R1 and C4) having a first node connected to the load and a second node connected to the current source, a first amplifier (Q1 or Q2) having a single end voltage input terminal 14 (or 12) and having an output terminal connected to the first node of the voltage shift means, second amplifiers Q3 and Q4 (or Q5 and Q6) having an input terminal connected to the second node of the voltage shift means and having a single end current output terminal 16 (or 18) and a connection means 15 (or 17) causing bias current or signal current flowing in the first amplifier to flow into the second amplifier.
