Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To eliminate the dispersion in measurement data according to a measurer by A/D converting a received signal and executing data processing and calculation by a micro computer. CONSTITUTION:First of all, a reference disk is rotated, the reflectance of a laser light beam is converted into an electric signal by an optical head 23, and the waveform is A/D converted by an A/D converter 25, and the converted waveform is written in a RAM by the micro computer. Then, an evaluating disk is rotated, and the measurement similar to that is reference disk is executed, and these results are operated by the micro computer and compared. Then, the compared result is outputted to an output terminal 28.
