DEVELOPING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent a developing device capable of easily attaining positioning at the time of fitting to an image forming device main body and the exchange of the developing sleeve, etc., as well. CONSTITUTION:In the developing device composed of a case-like main body, two developing sleeves housed in the case main body, a blade and other component members, the device is constituted so as to provide a first unit 1 composed of two developing sleeves 1a and 1b, the blade 2 and a holding member 3 to decide a positional relation among the developing sleeves and the blade and a second unit 5 composed of other developing device component members and the first unit 1 can be freely attached/detached to/from the second unit 5. Therefore, the first unit 1 is freely attached/detached to/from the second unit 5 and there is a very low degree of freedom, so that the positioning is easy and the exchanges of the developing sleeves 1a and 1b are easy as well, because affection by the load, deformation, etc., of the second unit 5 is less.
