Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To produce an arc extinguishing material excellent in heat resistance, arc resistance, and heat shock resistance at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:A molding material, where the concentration of a primary aluminum phosphate 50% solution included in a mixture material with 5.0-15.0wt.% of mica powder, 35-60wt.% of arc resistant inorganic powder, 15-35wt.% of the primary aluminum phosphate 50% solution, and 0.75-10.50wt.% of a ZnO-SiO2-B2O3 containing hardener mixed therein is adjusted to 60-70%, is filled into a metal mold, followed by pressure-molding at room temperature. The molded product is heated at 150 deg.C or higher, thus promoting removal of water content in the molded product and hardening of the molded product.
