Reinforcing bars 36 forming the highest parts of main reinforcing bars 360 are made to pass through a gap 10 by providing the gap 10 in the roof 9, air 40 is supplied to nozzle pipes 13 from a compressor 17 through a conveying pipe 15 in the case of raining, the air is injected toward the gap 10 from discharge ports 13a of them to form air-curtains 12, and the discharge ports are covered with them.
