Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the backflow of a pickling soln. in a tank to other tanks or its overflow to the outside when the plate treating line is stopped. CONSTITUTION:A pickling soln. is injected from the feed headers 6 and 7 provided in the irilet and outlet sides of a pickling tank 1 over a plate 5 to be treated traveling into the tank 1. In this pickling equipment, a control device 24 is provided to gradually reduce the discharge of a pickling soln. feed pump 15 for the headers 6 and 7 when the plate 5 traveling line is stopped. Besides, seal headers 12 and 13 are furnished adjacent to the headers 6 and 7, and switching valves 16, 17, 21, 22, and 23 can be provided to a feed pipe connected to the header.
