Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a composition containing a specific amount of a specific polymer having hydroxyl group and carboxyl group, etc., having high crosslinking density and excellent weather resistance, resistance to acid rain and scratch resistance and suitable as an automotive finish coating, etc. CONSTITUTION:The composition contains (A) 5-50wt.% (based on the total solid component of the composition) of a polymer having hydroxyl group and carboxyl group and obtained by the copolymerization of (a) a compound obtained by reacting a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate compound of formula (R is H or methyl; (m) is 2-8; (n) is 3-7; (q) is 0-4) with a compound containing acid anhydride group and (b) a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate compound, (B) 20-60wt.% of a polymer having carboxyl group and carboxylic acid ester group and (C) 30-60wt.% of a polymer having hydroxyl group and epoxy group.
