ORAL ADMINISTRATION AGENT, BEVERAGE AND FOOD HAVING ANTI-CANCER ACTIVITY

PURPOSE:To provide an oral administration agent and a beverage or food exhibiting an excellent anti-cancer activity by its oral administration, and having the truly convenient anti-cancer activity on its concrete use. CONSTITUTION:The oral administration agent having the anti-cancer activity contains as an active ingredient a high molecular polysaccharide composite component obtained by extracting an extraction residue with hot water, the extraction residue being obtained by extracting off the characteristic smell ingredients and colorants of Agaricus blazei from the fruit bodies of the Agaricus blazei, its ground product or its dried product with an organic solvent or water-containing organic solvent. The beverage or food contains the high molecular polysaccharide composite component contained in the extraction residue obtained by extracting off the characteristic smell ingredient and the colorant of the Agaricus blazei from the fruit bodies of the Agaricus blazei, its ground product or its dried product with the organic solvent or water- containing organic solvent.
