Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To successively join different strip-shaped bodies and take them up on a roll. CONSTITUTION:At the edge of an end tape ET supplied from a feeding means 1, an auxiliary adhesion means 26 absorbs a one-side adhesive tape, and an attaching means 21 attaches the tape on a paper tube PR. A taking-up means 7 revolves the paper tube PR, and takes up the end tape ET. A cutting means 22 cuts the end tape ET, and a shifting means 16 shifts the cut edge. A joining means 26 joins the end tape ET and a ribbon tape RT. After the taking-up by the taking-up means 7, a cutting means 23 cuts the ribbon tape RT. The shifting means 16 shifts the cut edge, and a joining means 27 performs the joint with a leader tape LT. After the taking-up by the taking-up means 7, a cutting means 24 cuts the leader tape LT.
