Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To increase high-speed travel stability by increasing the damping of disturbance during traveling while maintaining high tire rigidity. CONSTITUTION:A topping rubber 12 of a carcuss 6 in bias structure contains a 60 to 75 part by weight of a reinforcing agent comprising at least one of carbon black HAF, FEF, and GFP for a base rubber of 100 part by weight with which at least two of NR, SBR, and BR are mixed. The tensile stress Ts at a tensile elongation of 5% for a dumbbell No. 1 specimen J1 cut from a carcuss 6 is set at 90 to 140kg/cm , the bending stress Fx generated when a load is applied at the center of the dumbbell No. 2 specimen J2 until it is deformed by 2mm in length is set at 1500 to 2300g/cm , and the energy absorptivity of a specimen J3 of 100mm square in a drop hammer tester is set at 2.6 to 3.5 J.
