Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make a stamp reader simple and cards less expensive without depending on an easy seal system in an apparatus for stamp control system, to reduce labor in system operations for a stamp issuer, and to facilitate the confirmation of stamp contents during the collection period of users. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus is equipped with cards 11 to be printed on which various stamps 12 are printed, a printing means 13 which provides various stamps 12, and a stamp reader 14 which reads the printing condition of various stamps 12 printed on the cards 11. The various stamps 12 printed on the cards 11 contain at least a printing material which absorbs ultraviolet rays. The stamp reader 14 comprising a card positioning means, a detection means, and a counting means counts the effective number of printing of the effective mark part BD in the card 11 to be stamped whose sliding condition is specified.
