Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a suction holder that is able to hold even such a sucked work as being a large and heavy load and a soft half-plastic state surely by suction without entailing damage such as a crack and separation or the like to the sucked work. CONSTITUTION:This suction holder is provided with a suction chamber 1 being formed into a hollow box to be interconnected to a vacuum pump 12 inside while formed with a lot of smalldiametral suction holes 3 in a bottom plate part 2, and holds and attracts a sucked work A to an underside of the bottom plate part 2 of this suction chamber 1 by vacuum suction. This suction holder is featured that plural pieces of grooves 4, 5 connecting each opening part of multiple suction holes 3 adjoined with one another are installed on the underside of the bottom plate part 2 of the suction chamber 1, and further a permeable elastic sheet is superposingly installed on the underside of the bottom plate part 2.
