Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to drain sludge in the device for buildings, etc., by passing sewage in a sewage tank through the hollow-fiber membrane of a module in the forward direction or in the backward direction and providing a soli-liq. separator to the return passage from the module to the tank. CONSTITUTION:Sewage 3 is retained in a sewage tank 2 for a specified time and aerated, and the activated sludge concn. is adjusted to 2000-8000ppm. Switching valves V1 and V2 are firstly opened, a pump P1 is driven to pass the sewage from a circulating passage 5a through the hollow-fiber membrane 40 of the module 4 from the left to right, sewage is further passed through a circulating passage 5b and a solid-liq. separator 8 and returned to the tank 2, and the filtrate from the membrane 40 is discharged from a pipeline 7. After the circulation is continued for a specified time, the switching valves V1 and V2 are closed, switching valves V3 and V4 are opened to reverse the flow direction in the membrane 40, hence the solid-phase sludge depositing in the inner cavity of the membrane 40 is separated and sent to the return passage 5b along with the circulating liq., and the solid is separated by the separator 8. |
