Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To clean the hollow-fiber membrane in the sewage recycling device using a hollow-fiber membrane to restore its permeability without suspending the operation of the device. CONSTITUTION:A bypass 6 for bypassing sewage 3 from one end of the module 4 of the hollow-fiber membrane 40 to the other end is connected to a passage 5 for circulating the sewage 3 through the module 4, and switching valves V1, V2, V3 and V4 are provided and operated so that the sewage 3 is passed through the module 4 in the backward direction via the bypass 6 or the sewage 3 is passed through the module 4 in the forward direction.
