Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To emit highly bright light stably over a long period of time even under a low voltage condition by arranging a current supply layer between an anode and an electron hole transporting layer. CONSTITUTION:A current supply layer 3, an electron hole transporting layer 4, a light emitting layer 5 and a cathode metal electrode 6 are laminated in order on the surface of a transparent electrode 2 of a glass substrate 1 on which an anode transparent electrode 2 is formed. 1-5wt.% chloroform solution of a compound composed of silicon and hydrocarbon is used as a film forming means of the current supply layer 3, and a spin coat is carried out at 1500-2000rpm, and a current supply layer film having film thickness of about 30-70nm is formed. Thereby, even if it is set in the lowest limit film thickness necessary to reveal a function, since the electron hole transporting layer 4 is formed without producing pin holes, so that electron hole transporting efficiency can be improved. Thereby, highly bright light can be emitted stably over a long period of time even under such an extremely low voltage condition as being equal to or lower than 10V.
