Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an intelligent type graphic control panel efficiently attained, and a memory area for screen data can be reduced. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a memory 20 which preliminarily registers plural user screen data including display screen data for displaying a screen for operating each kind of state display or a signal input, display device 2 which displays the registered display screen data, and inputting means which designates an input configuration corresponding to a control switch for the signal input in the display screen displayed on the display device. The user screen data registered in the memory 20 is divided into common display screen data A area for registering the data related with display elements commonly displayed on the entire screens, and screen unit display screen screen data B1-Bn areas for registering the data related with the display elements displayed only on the screen by each screen unit. Then, the common display screen data and the screen unit display screen data are overlapped and synthesized, so that one screen can be constituted.
