Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a disaster preventing panel capable of shortening its function inspecting time in a plant. CONSTITUTION:A switching base 31 informs whether the state of a change-over switch 31a is a monitor mode or an inspection mode, adds an identification (ID) code to a monitoring value or an inspecting value stored in a ROM 33, outputs the code-added value to an MPU 48, which drives a terminal apparatus based upon the monitoring value and the ID code or drives an LED on a testing jig 20 based upon the inspecting value and the ID code.
