SUSPICIOUS PERSON DETECTING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To sharply improve the reliability of an alarm by monitoring a wide range, and even if plural doubtful persions invade, detecting all the invaders and surely discriminating the invaders from other objects. CONSTITUTION:A television (TV) camera 1 photographs a monitored area, an image processor 2 processes a video signal obtained by the camera 1 and extracts the feature of a person existing in the monitored area and a suspicious person judging part 6 compares data 10 a data base managing part 5 registering the features of persons to enter/exit into/from the monitored area with the feature of the person extracted by the processor 2 and judges whether the person existing in the area is a suspicious person or not.
