DEVICE FOR DISCHARGING VISCOUS LIQUID

PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of supplying amount by completely purging air from the discharge pipe and to make a pump small in size and low in cost by reducing the passage resistance of a discharge pipe. CONSTITUTION:An original liquid container 1, a pump 2 and a nozzle 8 are serially connected by respective pipes 3 to 6. Since one prescribed amount to be discharged at the time of exhausting initial remaining air from the pump 2 exceeds the total inner volume of respective pipes 4, 5, air remaining in respective pipes 4, 5 in the initial stage is also extruded by the succeeding exhaused solution, moved to the U-shaped bottom part of the pipe 6 with a large inner diameter, gradually moved along the inclination of an angle theta in the upper left direction in the bottom part, and then moved upward on the left leg part of the U-shape. The movement of the remaining air is promoted by the discharge of the succeeding solution and completed exhausted without reversely flowing into the pipe 5 again. Although the inner diameter of the pipe 5 is similar to a convensional case, that of the pipes 4, 6 is larger, so that the resistance of the passage can be reduced.
