Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To smoothly operate unlock by forming an unlock mechanism out of an arm of which the middle part is supported with a case side and one end is arranged on chuck members side, and an actuator to swing the arm on the other end of the arm. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical case 43 integratedly formed with a main frame 9 and chuck members 45 in the case 43 are provided, in addition to the chuck members 45, a coil spring 47, an unlock mechanism 49, and the like are provided, and hence a chuck device 41 is formed. Next, in unlock at which the main frame 9 is movable along a guide rod 3, oil pressure is supplied to a hydraulic cylinder 67 so as to extend a piston rod 6703, and the rod 6703 is brought in contact with an arm 69 so as to swing the arm 69. The chuck members 45 are pushed down with the arm 69, an expanding/contracting part 4507 is separated from a conical face 5101, and the part 4507 is expanded and a hole 4509 is separated from the guide rod 3 so as to be in the unlock condition. Consequently the unlock operation in the chuck device can be smoothly performed.
