Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition remarkably improved in heat resistance, compression set properties and low-temperature characteristics by reacting p-phenylene diisocyanate with a polymeric polyol and a chain extender and including the unreacted isocyanate in the resultant resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is obtained by blending and reacting (A) p-phenylene diisocyanate with (B) a polymeric polyol having 850-8000 molecular weight (preferably poly(hexamethylene carbonate) polyol] and (C) a chain extender such as a 2-10C low-molecular dial (preferably 1,4-butandiol, etc.) and, as necessary, an antioxidant, a lubricant, etc., including therein the unreacted isocyanate in an amount so as to satisfy the formula 0.1
