Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare super-high-strength concrete having the extremely high strength readily at a low cost by decreasing the required amount of admixture, amount of kneading water and amount of superfine powder. CONSTITUTION:Cement, fine aggregate and coarse aggregate (or cement and coarse aggregate or only cement) are added and kneaded into superfine powder mixture comprising slurry-state material formed by mixing superfine powder and water (or fine aggregate or fine aggregate and coarse aggregate furthermore). Therefore, the slurry-state material, wherein superfine particles which are readily aggregated are uniformly dispersed, can be obtained. Thus, the fresh concrete having a high fluidity can be obtained. The amount of admixture and the amount of kneading water required for obtaning a same fluidity are greatly decreased. The amount of the superfine powder required for obtaining the same strength mix is largely decreased.
