Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject apparatus suitable for the treatment at a low temperature by surrounding a high-pressure vessel system and a pressure medium tank of a medium system with a heat-insulation member and providing a cooling means to cool the surrounded space. CONSTITUTION:A high-pressure vessel system consisting of a high-pressure vessel 1, lids 2, 3 and a press frame 4 and a pressure medium tank 9 to supply the high-pressure vessel with pressure medium pressurized with a booster 9 are surrounded with a heat-insulation member 15. The surrounded space is cooled with a cooling means 17 to cool the high-pressure system and the medium tank with chilled air and perform strict control of the temperature of the pressure medium.
