Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a shunt resistor device having a very small measurement error generated by induced voltage. CONSTITUTION:Two shunt resistors 11 and 12 of four-terminal structure having the same type and the same resistance value, two current lead-out wires 13 and 14 with which the current input terminal and the current output terminal of each shunt resistor are cross-connected, and a current input terminal 15, which is connected to the mid-point of the current lead wire 13, are provided. Besides, a current output terminal 16 connected to the mid-point of the current lead wire 14, two voltage lead wires 17 and 18, provided in such a manner that they are partially connected by cross-connecting the voltage terminal of the shunt resistors 11 and 12, and voltage measuring terminals 19 and 20 connected to each voltage lead wire, are provided.
