Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable a result of diagnosing operation of a self-diagnosing circuit of an indoor unit to be transmitted to a remote controller and to enable the result of self-diagnosing operation to be easily acknowledged, even if a special device is not used, in an air conditioner having the wire-less remote controller. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit board 2 including a self-diagnosing circuit is mounted on an indoor unit 1, a receiver 6 of a wire-less remote controller 3 is assembled in the indoor unit 1 and further connected to the control circuit board 2. The control circuit board 2 and the remote controller 3 can be connected by a connector cable 9, and when the self-diagnosing operation is carried out, the result of self-diagnosing operation can be transmitted to the remote controller 3 through the connector cable 9 and then the result of diagnosing operation can be acknowledged at a display part 4.
