SWITCH

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of part items and machining processes and manufacture a switch at a low cost by directly welding and connecting parts for a switching action together. CONSTITUTION:A tongue piece 1c is bent at the middle section of the lateral width of the coupling piece 1a of a fixed terminal 1, and a tongue piece 3c to be overlapped on the tongue piece 1c is extended from a coupling edge 3b with the coupling piece 1a on a moving piece 3. Both tongue pieces 1c, 3c are connected by soldering at their tip portions, and the reliability of the electric connection between the fixed terminal 1 and the moving piece 3 is secured. Both tongue pieces 1c, 3c may be connected by laser welding or spot welding. When the middle section of the moving piece 3 is thrust and displaced by the thrusting action of a push button and the thrust position passes the preset height, the elastic restoring force of a moving spring 7 is instantly reversed to excite and displace the moving piece 3 downward, and a moving contact 3a is brought into contact with the fixed contact of a fixed terminal 5.
