Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction of an ON-OFF valve even in case of high viscous fluid by operating the ON-OFF valve while shifting the timing against a pump, i.e., by opening the ON-OFF valve prior to starting the pump, and closing the valve after stopping the pump. CONSTITUTION:Lubricant 3 for a roll sucked up from a tank 2 with a pump 1 is fed to a nozzle 5 through a feed pipe 4, hereby it is sprayed on the roll, and the feed pipe 4 is provided with an ON-OFF valve 6 controlled by a controller. The controller is provided with a switch to operate ON-OFF of the ON-OFF valve 6, and when the ON-OFF valve is set ON by switch operation, after the lapse of a time set by a timer, the switch of a motor 7 for driving the pump 1 is closed so as to start the motor 7. Further when the ON-OFF valve 6 is set OFF by switch operation, at first the motor 7 is stopped, and after the lapse of a time set by the timer, the valve becomes OFF.
