Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent useless execution by applying an input time to an inputted processing instruction and preventing this processing instruction from being stored in a file when the same processing instruction is inputted again if the input time difference is shorter than a set value. CONSTITUTION:A keyboard G and a timer H are connected through an operation processor I to a processing instruction file F, and an operation processor for task processing connected to this file F executes processing defined based on the processing instruction. Then, the input time of the timer H is added to the processing instruction inputted from the keyboard G, and stored in the processing instruction file F by the operation processor I. When the plural pieces of the same processing instructions are stored in this file F, the time difference between the input times is calculated and when the input time difference is shorter than set time such as one minute, for example, the re-inputted processing instruction is erased from the file F. Thus, even when an operator inputs the processing instruction again because of misunderstanding, the useless execution can be prevented.
