Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To provide an effective value conversion circuit capable of reducing a conversion error due to bulk resistance incidental to a transistor, and improving the characteristics of the whole of the circuit. CONSTITUTION:Regarding an effective value conversion circuit comprising a combination of a logarithmic stage and an inverse logarithmic stage utilizing the principle that voltage Vbe across the base and emitter of a transistor Tr is proportional to the logarithm of collector current, the inverse logarithmic stage is separated into a current-voltage conversion circuit OP2 and a filter circuit OP5, and a level shift circuit FET is additionally provided for taking out current proportional to current flowing from the output end of the circuit OP2 to the transistor Tr of the inverse logarithmic stage. In addition, each transistor Tr is provided with a circuit for correcting a voltage drop due to bulk resistance (r). |
