Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce the torsion and micro vibration of a plunger during driving operation so as to stand continuous driving for many hours by disposing a joint part between a cross head and a plunger or a plunger holder, at the approximately center part in the longitudinal direction of the cross head. CONSTITUTION:The rotary motion of a deformed cam 1 is changed into the piston motion of a plunger 5, and liquid is fed by the volume change of a liquid feed part. In this case, one end part of the plunger 5 or one end part of a plunger holder 4 for holding the plunger 5 is jointed to the approximately center part in the longitudinal direction of a cross head 3 for transmitting piston motion to the plunger 5. A fixed part between the cross head 3 and the plunger 5 or the plunger holder 4 is disposed in such a way that piston motion is performed around an approximately middle part between bearing parts 7 provided at two places. The unnecessary vibration of the plunger 5 can be thereby suppressed.
