Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition useful for obtaining a laminate of excellent heat resistance by mixing a specified terpolymer with a polyamide resin in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:The composition comprises 60-95wt.% ethylene/alkyl alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylate/maleic anhydride terpolymer, desirably one comprising 40-90wt.% repeating units derived from ethylene, 55-5wt.% repeating units derived from alkyl alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylate and 0.1-10wt.% repeating units derived from maleic anhydride (e.g. ethylene/ethyl acrylate/maleic anhydride terpolymer) and 40-5wt.% polyamide resin (e.g. nylon 6).
