Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To maintain a final boiler water supplying temperature to a prescribed temperature at the time of part load operation of a plant, and also to utilize heat included in gas turbine exhaust gas sufficiently, in a plant in which a steam turbine is combined with a gas turbine. CONSTITUTION:In a supply water heating device in which a supply water heater 15 for which steam turbine extracted gas is used as a heating source is connected in parallel to an exhaust gas cooler 12b for which gas turbine exhaust gas is used as a heating source, a flash tank bypass pipe 27 for leading water from the feed water outlet part of the exhaust gas cooler 12b into a flash tank 28 is branched and led out, and the flash tank 28 is connected to a feed water pump driving turbine 29, and also the tank 28 is connected to a condenser 8 through a pressure reducing device 32 and a control valve 33.
