FACSIMILE RECEIPT OUTPUTTING METHOD

PURPOSE:To judge relation between a facsimile(FAX) transmission document and a transmission result at a glance by generating, printing, and outputting transmission synthesis receipt data in which the leading data and transmission status data of a document. etc., are unified. CONSTITUTION:A signal processing and control circuit 3 supplies data for transmission receipt generation (transmission date, opposite telephone number, block, the number of sheets, transmission result, etc.) to a transmission receipt generation circuit 9. A leading page identification circuit 10 identifies the data of the leading page of the FAX transmission document (address of transmission destination, document name to be transmitted, or file name, etc.), and segments it. A leading page memory circuit 11 stores once seg-mented leading page data, and supplies it to a synthesis receipt generation circuit 12 by reading out after FAX transmission is completed. The synthesis receipt generation circuit 12 generates the transmission synthesis receipt data in which the leading page data and transmission receipt data from the transmission receipt generating circuit 9 are unified, and supplies it to a recording paper print means 7.
